Mudslingers Coffee House in Chesterfield, MO is looking for full or part time barista to join our team. Pay and Perks::

*Averages $13-16+ an hour (base pay + tips) *Cash tips are yours at the end of each shift *1 Free Drink and Food item per shift *Flexible schedule *25% off all purchases when off the clock *no super early morning wakeups (we are open from 9:30 to 7pm weekdays/Saturdays and 10:30-6pm Sundays)

Responsibilities

*Welcoming customers, informing them about specials or new items, answering questions, and accepting orders and payments. *Preparing espresso drinks, smoothies, frappes, energy drinks, foods, such as sandwiches or baked goods, brewing coffee and serving items to customers. *Cleaning and restocking work areas, emptying trash and sanitizing equipment and utensils. *Learning about brewing methods, beverage blends, food preparation, and presentation techniques to improve food quality. *Taking inventory and replenishing items in display cases and behind the counter. *Working as part of a fun, high-energy team. *Adhering to all food safety regulations and quality controls. *

Qualifications

*High school diploma or equivalent. *Experience in food and beverage preparation or customer service preferred. *Training and willingness to continue learning about food and beverage preparation. *Exceptional listening and communication skills. *Ability to walk, bend, and stand for extended periods. *Availability to work around peak hours, including nights, early mornings, weekends, and holidays. *A polite, engaging personality. *Commitment to customer satisfaction and service excellence. *Willingness to work as part of a high-energy, efficient team in a fast-paced environment.
