Role Summary/Purpose
By becoming a member of GE Vernova’s Communications team, you will help build the story and engagement around a significant and public company transformation. You’ll work closely with teams from across the world to demonstrate GE Vernova’s progress, performance, and path to growth in a dynamic environment.
The Gas Power Communications Business Partner – Front Line Employees is a senior communications leader responsible for the partnering with the Gas Power senior leadership team to build and execute 360-degree communications strategy that advances the business priorities. This role will work closely with business leaders across Gas Power to help build pride and engagement globally among all employees and tell a world-class narrative both internally and externally. This role will own the communications strategy to front line employees with a focus on SQDC.
Essential Responsibilities
As the Gas Power Communications Business Partner – Front Line Employees, you will:
Partner with business leaders to identify internal priorities, provide executive support and strategic counsel, and support business goals in alignment with key communications priorities defined by Segment Communications Leader
Develop and execute strategic communication plans based on business priorities
Create informative, relevant and inspiring internal/employee/executive content and assets
Develop and enhance communications tools and channels to promote engagement with employees across the business
Interact with internal and external stakeholders to refine and improve communication plans
Partner with the GE Vernova External Communications team to actively promote and protect the company in the media (trade, consumer & social), financial community, general public and other centers of influence
Partner with the Marketing, Commercial and Regional Communications teams to jointly tell outcomes-driven stories across key themes and priority commercial areas
Execute thought leadership strategies for senior leaders within the business leadership team (e.g. LinkedIn articles, bylines, speaking engagements, etc.)
Role will include vendor management responsibilities
Qualifications/Requirements
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or college or equivalent knowledge or experience
Significant experience in global communications with specific experience in executive communications
Passionate storytelling with experience building and executing communication strategies that advance business goals
Ability prioritize and use metrics to ensure communications meet established objectives, Experience using Lean tools.

If contracted in the United States:
The salary range for this position is 120,000.00 - 200,000.00 USD Annual. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location. In addition, this position is eligible for a 15% variable incentive bonus.
