Hawaii Endoscopy Center, a Covenant Physician Partner, is looking for a part-time Front Desk Receptionist to join our amazing team.

About the Opportunity

This role operate three days a week, 8 hours shifts.

The front office receptionist will be responsible for providing a positive, welcoming experience to our patients and their families! The individual hired into this role will greet patients and their families, answer and route incoming calls, complete insurance verification as needed, cash collections and the correct handling of patient charts.

About the Candidate

Minimum requirements:

• High school education or equivalent.
• Must be competent in the use of basic office equipment including computer, printer, telephone and fax.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and remain poised and professional when interacting with potentially hostile patients and family members.
• Must possess excellent clerical and organizational skills.

Preferred requirements:

• Proven customer service skills.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Comfortable working in a busy healthcare setting.
• Bilingual skills highly preferred
