Description:

This position is focused on budgeting and forecasting cycles within the company, assisting on month-end reporting, providing performance analysis for all functions of the business, communicate with key operators of the organization about performance, analysis and results. This role will partner closely with senior leadership throughout the organization on matters relating to the delivery of financial and operational performance that will enable the company to achieve its strategic objectives.

• Responsible for assisting in the budget process for the department and provide recommendations; ensuring compliance to departmental budget initiatives; reporting budget concerns to manager.
• Develops presentations for budget meetings and operational reviews.
• Develops, maintains and distributes key operating metrics to evaluate attainment of company’s operating, service and financial objectives.
• Provide financial leadership and analytics assessing high impact initiatives in partnership with the commercial organization.
• Prepare annual operating plans.
• Lead and manage the annual budgets & monthly forecasts for the areas of responsibility.
• Work closely with business leadership to drive both analytics around growth in sales and profits as well as accuracy in ongoing forecasts.
• Communicate and interact effectively with all levels of the organization.
• Identify process improvements for financial consolidations (FP&A) across AMT, and identify accounting efficiency improvements.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to the Financial Analyst(s)
• Ad hoc analysis as requested.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills to explain financial data to non-finance partners.
