QTC is seeking an RHRP-3 Event Manager on our Reserve Health Readiness Program III (RHRP-3).

  • Reserve Health Readiness Program – 3 (RHRP-3) provides health readiness support services, such as mental health assessments and post-deployment health reassessments, to the military Reserve Components nationwide and Active Duty Components in remote areas. They deliver services by group events and in-clinic individual appointments and by providing call center support.

What part would you play in this mission?

Oversee all operational aspects of RHRP-3 Group Events in order to achieve Timeliness, Quality, and Customer Service goals and objectives. Responsible for planning, coordinating, and execution of RHRP-3 group events. Sustain analysis and continuity in order to meet operational and financial reports for continual improvement.

In this rewarding role, you will:

  • Plans, coordinates, and executes RHRP-3 group events
  • Ensures assigned location of event will operate at maximal productivity and efficiency and report any shortages to Regional Event Manager
  • Serves as the Point Of Contact (POC) and on-scene coordinator to the military POC
  • Review and provide feedback on group event metrics to ensure meeting company goals (e.g., weekly, quarterly, annually, etc.)
  • Participate in cross-functional team projects
  • Implement and adhere to policies, procedures, goals and objectives thus sustaining demands provided by the Department of Defense
  • Provide after action reports concluding group events
  • Responsible to ensure compliance standards are met during group events
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Preferred to have:

  • Experience in health related field working with medical professionals preferred
  • Military medical experience preferred

You must have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or equivalent experience/combined education
  • Minimum 7 years of supervisory/management experience required preferably in a medical/clinical environment
  • Contract requires U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain a DoD Common Access Card (CAC)
  • Military specialist (Medic, Corpsman, Pararescue, Health Services Technician, etc.) with direct verifiable patient care preferred

Typical Day:

  • Typical work week Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
  • Positions is local to the San Antonio area, open to remote

Pay and Benefits:

Pay Range $83,000 - $88,000 Annual Salary
