Techs can earn and estimate of $22-$26/hr
MasTec Field Service Techs are field based, service driven, professional technicians that provide in home delivery, set-up and installation of satellite TV, broadband, DIY security and smart-home products. We believe if you are passionate, knowledgeable, talented you should be paid for it!
Performance based compensation and sales incentives for product sales (i.e. surge protectors, HDMI cables, screen clean). Ideal candidates desire independence in their workday, self-starters and like to be rewarded for daily efficiency, jobs completed, quality work and safety.
What we require:
- Be able to lift 60-80 pounds and climb 28-36 foot ladders
- A valid driver’s license
- Be able to pass a pre-employment drug test, criminal background check and MVR (driving record) check
- Be able to work a flexible schedule that includes weekends, holidays and evenings
In addition, each Tech receives:
- Paid training and uptraining ($18 an hour. Part of it will be in Milwaukee, WI and we will provide with hotel accommodations + $30 per diem everyday while you're there)
