Join YES USA's summer camp program as a Substitute ESL Teacher/Activity Leader!

We are seeking motivated and experienced individuals to lead field trips in New York/Miami during the months of July and August as well as cover for our ESL teachers when needed or assist the Director of Studies.

As a member of our team, you will work closely with a diverse group of international teenagers and young adults (ages 12 - 21) and provide them with an engaging and supportive environment to develop their English skills.

Our ideal candidate would be a current senior undergraduate student working towards their BA or a graduate student working towards their MA in a field related to ESL, such as TESOL or Applied Linguistics. Prior experience working with teenagers and teaching English as a Second Language is preferred.

Location:

• St. John’s University (Queens Campus), New York (6-week contract)
• University of Miami (Coral Gables), Miami (4-week contract)

Camp Dates:

• July 2nd – August 14th, 2023 in New York
• July 3rd - July 31st, 2023 in Miami

Compensation:

• commensurate with skills and experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary

Pay: $500.00 - $700.00 per week
