TRC’s client is a global technology leader in engineering, innovation, quality, and reliability looking for an Electrical Assembler to join their growing team on a full-time, direct hire basis in the Wendell, NC area.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Perform sub-assembly wiring and final assembly wring work on products for low voltage electrical distribution equipment, such as LV motors control centers.

Work with large power cables including correct method of crimping connectors.

Perform proper stripping and crimping techniques.

Assemble components on panels per given layout or drawings.

Adhere to developed processes, methods and/or seek ways to improve.

Adhere to all safety rules and keep safety first for self and others.

REQUIREMENTS

High School Diploma or GED Required

1+ years of experience performing mechanical assembly (build) of product

2+ years of experience with commercial or industry wiring

Ability to read and work with schematic drawings / layouts / wire lists with minimal to no supervision

Experience working with standard hand and power tools, both pneumatic and battery operated, and wiring tools such as hand crimpers and wire strippers

Strong collaboration and teamwork abilities
