Job Description
Requirements:
Principal responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Coordinate and assist the legal and development teams to create the subscription documents, I-526E and I-829 template, as well as I-956, I-956H and I-956G filings.
- Coordinate with the marketing team the production of marketing materials and approvals from the Regional Center, legal team, for distribution to approved promoters, or finders in our network.
- Keep track of Finder Fee agreements and I-956K filings for finders and promoters of our EB-5 offerings.
- Assist investors, sales team, and finders with Subscription Agreement completion.
- Support the investor’s EB-5 immigration counsel during the I-526E filing process.
- Keep track of I-526E filings and upload to our compliance folders.
- Update our compliance folders on a daily basis with new communications to investors, new marketing materials, new filings, etc.
- Create monthly EB-5 funds flow of cash reports.
- Keep track of the investor’s deadlines and milestones.
- Work with the investor relations team to answer EB-5 related questions from investors.
- Coordinate the legal and accounting team for prompt RFE responses.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent use of Microsoft Office Suite.
- 2+ years of EB-5 program related experience or similar.
- Uncompromising integrity and confidentiality.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $42,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
