Primary Goals:
Represent the Brand, Management Team, and Employees in a professional manner always, while improving productivity, quality, and safe installations. Division Manager is responsible for providing leadership, directing daily operations, and attaining long-term goals of the organization as directed from the executive management team. The expected hours worked for this position is 6AM – 4PM, Mondays through Fridays. Additionally, work hours may also include extended and seasonal hours along with weekends as needed to obtain company objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Coach, mentor, and motivate your team while determining the best practices and implementing these practices.
- Maintain a hands-on, boots-on-the-ground managerial process while engaging and involving your team in the day-to-day operations of the division.
- Manage multiple projects with multiple deadlines, demonstrating an ability to prioritizing between what is urgent and what is important.
- Lead by example and ensure to hit targets (in order of priority) in safety, quality, service, cost, and production. Problem-solving skills is the key and a requirement in this role!
- Monitor day-to-day operations (scheduling of labor and inventory management) and trigger corrective actions when needed.
- Collect and analyze data to find areas of waste or overtime.
- Manage the division’s Inside and Outside sales personnel to ensure the division is set up for installation success.
- Utilize the Service Titan system for inventory control and division purchasing.
- Utilize the Service Titan system for installation scheduling and ensuring installations have been installed correctly on the original install date.
- Manage division safety protocols to successfully mitigate health risks to staff.
- Review office procedures and analyze data to ensure continual improvement of staff to ensure unit provide quality customer service.
- Ensure that all Systems and Procedures are being followed by all division staff.
- Work closely with Human Resources to ensure all systems and procedures are being followed by all division employees.
- Provide human resource support for division employees which include evaluations, training, disciplinary procedures.
- Prepare and submit monthly KPI reports to the Executive Team for review and analysis of operational outcomes.
- Present quarterly business analysis and reports to review revenue, productivity (KPI's), and safety results in areas service.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Manage/supervise/lead administrative personnel, sales team, installers, service technicians, etc.
- Budget, plan, and allocate resources strategically to meet project and installation deadlines.
- Complete required operational reports utilizing Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
