ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer- oriented Information Diversity, Equity, Inclustion, and Accessibility Anayst to join our team DHS team! This position is remote.

General responsibilities include:

  • Researching, recommending and supporting implementation of innovative solutions to DEIA issues and the integration of DEIA considerations into existing strategies and operations.
  • Producing substantive reports, briefs, and/or papers on internal and external DEIA trends to promote organizational awareness through data storytelling, alignment, and action.
  • Leading the development and maintenance of a DEIA website and SharePoint site as a resource tool for managers, employees and potential employees, contractors, or industry partners.
  • Assisting in the development and management of the DEIA training and awareness strategy for employees, managers, and leadership, as well as identifying and addressing future DEIA learning needs.
  • Supporting development, execution, and evaluation of a strategic communications plan aligned with DEIA principles to identify and address organizational needs in a diplomatic, alliance building manner.
  • Maintaining continued awareness of the internal and external DEIA environment to include legislation, policy, and current events to ensure proactive and timely engagement.
  • Collaborating with DEIA, HR and EEO practitioners to ensure organizational synergies.
  • Conducting organizational health assessments thru interviews, surveys, and demographic data analysis.

Skills and Clearance Requirements

  • DEIA experience in federal, state, local or corporate industry or academic environments.
  • Advanced skills in data collection, information gathering, investigative/diagnostic analyses, and performance measurement are required.
  • This position requires demonstrated initiative, sound judgment, effective decision-making, the ability to plan and organize work, excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills, and superior customer interface skills with senior levels of management.
  • Requires a results-driven detail-oriented self-starter with a proactive/take-initiative attitude; an awareness of organizational, political, social and cultural environment dynamics.
  • Requires ideation and out-of-the-box/critical thinking skills; a willingness to learn, contribute, and speak up; the ability to build consensus among diverse stakeholders; and work in multidisciplinary teams.
  • Requires experience in supporting senior Government leaders and other technical/business professionals in a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, Outlook, and SharePoint are required.
  • Experienced with 508 compliance requirements and other federal regulations for online content and accessibility is required.
  • A current Department of Homeland Security Background Investigation is required.
  • A Secret clearance and a favorable background investigation conducted within the last six years is required

EDUCATION:

  • Bachelor’s Degree with 10 years of relevant experience or Master’s degree with 5 years of relevant experience required.

SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS:

  • A DHS public Trust is required to start
  • A current Secret clearance is preferred

  • None

SCHEDULED WEEKLY HOURS:

  • 40 (Full Time)

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%
