Dispatch Manager

This position will be based out of the Corporate Office in Hammond. Must be able to be on call and willing to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays as you will be responsible for the operation of a department 24/7. Commitment and understanding the 24/hour nature of our work is a requirement for this position.

This role is an integral part of the operation of our company and requires dedication and attention to detail.

Job duties include:

Hiring and terminating employees

Training employees

Creating and implementing policies and procedures

Ensuring quality customer service

This position is paid a weekly salary, requires high administrative and decision-making skills, and will supervise 15-20+ employees.
