Interim Director of Emergency Department & Urgent Care
Connected Health Care is partnering with a leading healthcare provider in Cleveland, OH to find an experienced Interim Director of Emergency Department & Urgent Care. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled RN who is looking for a challenging and rewarding leadership position in a dynamic healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide leadership and management to the emergency department and urgent care teams
Ensure high-quality patient care is provided in a safe and efficient manner
Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and ensure optimal outcomes
Develop and manage departmental budgets, ensuring financial performance targets are met
Recruit, train, and evaluate staff members to maintain high standards of care and customer service
Requirements:
Active RN license in Ohio and BSN degree
Basic life-saving certification, along with ACLS and PALS
3+ years of emergency or critical care experience
3+ years of management experience
