Position Description: Dining Room Manager

As our Dining Room Manager you will be responsible for ensuring that exceptional service is provided for all residents. The dining room manager reports to the chef director.

Dining Room Manager responsibilities include:

  • Managing and developing a team
  • Assisting with scheduling front of house staff
  • Ensuring timely and quality service
  • Assist with maintaining dining room appearance
  • Assist with hiring
  • Assist with holding staff to standards

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Prior management experience preferred
  • Prior serving experience preferred
  • Must be able to pass a drug test and background check.
