HII is currently seeking a Costpoint Data Specialist to support the finance and accounting functions of HII. Primary place of performance is in our Huntsville, AL office. A hybrid work schedule is authorized.
The Costpoint Data Specialist should be able to work in a fast-pace professional environment with direct supervision from the Costpoint Manager. Must understand government contract language to properly setup project codes in Costpoint Financial System and provide invoice instructions to Accounting as required. Candidate must be able to prioritize and work multiple tasks and be able communicate in a professional manner. Must be able to work independently and within a team.
The Costpoint Data Specialist will facilitate compliance with HII policies as well as compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). This person will also work closely with Program Managers and Project Controllers to support project execution and financial reporting.
