We’re seeking an experienced Customer Experience Department manager to lead our team of Customer Experience Representatives. The right candidate for this role will possess proven management experience, is highly motivating, and capable of working autonomously in coordination with the company’s process.


Responsibilities
:


  • Coordinate activities of Customer Experience representatives to ensure a smooth and efficient department
  • Organizing schedules and managing the day to day activities of the department
  • Create and implement strategies expand the department to take on the new initiatives of our growing company
  • Develop goals that complement the overarching business goals of the company and coordinate staff to continually meet and exceed goals.
  • Run reports and analyze data pertaining to the department and share with executive staff and managers of department staff as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Working knowledge of basic computer software systems
  • Proven successful leadership experience running a phone room
  • Ability to learn and master new software systems quickly
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable working professionally over the phone with a personable demeanor
