Schedule

6pm to 6am one for each shift (Sun-Wed and Wed-Sat)

General Duties

  • Serves as professional who guides and encourages Maintenance Technician’s group (2-6)
  • Oversee, escort and ensure compliance with all third-party vendor activity
  • Cary the JLL duty phone and act as the point of contact for all on demand and emergency situations that occur during the assigned shift
  • Lead and motivate the team
  • Educating and training new team members.
  • Performs all General and Sr. Technician tasks.
  • Perform assigned facility inspections and due diligence efforts, reporting on as found conditions impacting satisfactory client occupancy and operations.
  • Can perform weekly/annual safety shower & eyewash inspection/testing
  • Can perform snow removal on roof and around equipment as required
  • Conforms and follows all safety requirements including but not limited to
    • PPE Requirements
    • All required work permits
    • JHA
  • Achieve all targeted client KPI by successfully completing the following
    • Good Catch Near Misses
    • Work Order Schedule Adherence
    • Adhere to all Environmental, Regulatory, Statutory and Industry Compliance rules and laws
    • Complete all assigned training on-time
  • Performs other tasks as assigned
  • Insure all MWR (Maintenance Work Requests) GWR (General Work Requests) are completed on time in accordance with Blue Mountain schedules (CMMS) and ensure all work is closed as soon as work is completed
  • Establish priorities based on changing requirements and demands through the assigned shift

Requirements

  • High School diploma,
  • 4+ year working in GMP BioPharma or Pharmaceutical industry preferred.
  • Knowledge of OSHA standards and local codes.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate well in both oral and written reports
  • Use of a Windows based PC’s and programs
  • Assist other building maintenance team and FM with troubleshooting, repairs and maintenance.
  • Ability to frequently walk up and down stairs for inspections and emergency procedure practice or implementation.
  • Ability to climb ladders up to 40 feet and lift 60 lbs. repeatedly
  • Valid state driver’s license
  • Internal candidates must be in good standing and up to date with all JLL and Moderna required training and have demonstrated proficiency and compliance with the Moderna GMP CMMS work order system SOP’s and requirements

Proposed Base Salary

$45.14 + $2 night shift differential
