• Resolve various legal issues/matters in a professional and expert manner, including draft and revise commercial contracts, negotiation with external parties, legal support to new business models and projects,
• Monitor and advise any law change which has business impact to the Company.
• Conduct legal research and develop recommendations on various legal matters. Work with outside lawyers to provide support for any litigation cases as appropriate.
• Review and update existing policies and procedures based on commercial, compliance requirements from time to time. Provide training to employees regarding legal related policies, rules.
• Carry out other ad hoc assignments, support or activities as required by the business.

Position Qualification and Requirement

• Bachelor degree in Law from an accredited and reputable PRC school.
• Pass China National Jurisdictional Examination is a plus.
• Fresh graduate or 1 - 3 years’ experience. Experiences in a reputable law firm or as in-house counsel for a multinational company is preferred.
• Effective interaction with internal customers and external parties.
• Solid legal knowledge of PRC law. Good legal analytical skill;Fluent written and spoken English skill.
• Good communication skills; Team player.
