We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Permanent Trade Compliance Specialist to join our dynamic team in the Manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in trade compliance, ITAR, training, Rolling Action Item List, Export Administration Regulations, and Foreign Assets Control. This is a full-time position that requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain trade compliance policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Conduct regular training sessions for employees on trade compliance policies and procedures.
• Manage and maintain the Rolling Action Item List (RAIL) to ensure timely completion of all trade compliance-related tasks.
• Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas of non-compliance and develop corrective action plans.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in trade regulations and advise management on the impact of these changes on the business.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with ITAR regulations for all products and services.
• Ensure compliance with Export Administration Regulations (EAR) and Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) regulations for all international transactions.
• Maintain accurate records of all trade compliance-related activities and transactions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, International Trade, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a trade compliance role in the Manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of ITAR, EAR, and OFAC regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
