Legacy Golf Course at the 19 is recruiting for a Club Manager to join our fast-moving team! This is a full-time, year round, position.

The Club Manager is a key member of the management team, responsible for overseeing the daily operations of Legacy Golf Course at the 19. Responsibilities include overseeing daily business operations. Duties include managing staff, responding to customer complaints, and maintaining inventory. They may also conduct safety training, hold staff meetings, and ensure the necessary service of all equipment at the facility. Administrative responsibilities may include invoicing and scheduling staff.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures that improve efficiency and effectiveness of Legacy.
  • Plan and oversee daily operations, ensuring all processes are executed efficiently and accurately.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure Legacy is meeting its goals and objectives.
  • Develop and manage budgets and ensure that all financial targets are met.
  • Train, and manage employees, providing coaching and guidance as needed.
  • Ensure Legacy is complying with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Manage relationships with vendors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and recommend process improvements to senior management.
  • Develop and implement safety and quality programs.
  • Builds a customer base by establishing a trusting relationship based on integrity and fairness.
  • Listens effectively to understand and communicate in a business-like manner to both customers and employees.
  • Presents a friendly, knowledgeable, and professional image to customers.
  • Handles customer complaints, employee conflicts and daily operational problems in a consistent manner.
  • Reaches established monthly goals.

Qualifications:

  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Knowledge of budgeting and financial management.
  • Experience in implementing process improvements and driving operational excellence.
  • Must have valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
