We’re looking for a Channel Partner Marketing Manager - Marketplace & Technology Partners to join Procore’s Partner Marketing Center of Excellence (COE). In this role, you'll be responsible for the comprehensive execution of our marketing strategy for Procore’s Marketplace (ISV) Partner ecosystem. You will support partner messaging, pipeline generation, sales deal acceleration campaigns and all related communications efforts -market ‘To’ partners related to driving strategic and tactical engagement with this critical partner community. Successful candidates have a strong ISV channel partner demand generation and global channel marketing background. We are looking for an individual who has demonstrated experience collaborating with internal and external resources/agencies to develop, create, implement and measure global ISV marketing programs and initiatives.

This position has the opportunity to sit out of any of our US offices or remotely within the US. We’re looking for someone to join us immediately.

What you’ll do:

  • Create and execute our Marketplace Partner Marketing strategy and related execution plans. Central to this is the creation of our Annual Marketplace Marketing Plan; a quarterly plan that is developed in collaboration with GPA stakeholders and is tightly executed with GPA the GPA team. The plan includes a comprehensive strategic GTM framework, detailed tactics, and metrics (inclusive of reporting dashboards). The plan is referenced frequently and is the Marketplace marketing ‘bible’ for the year.

  • Oversee Marketplace engagement and demand generation including the creation, rollout and measurement of marketing campaigns

  • Analyze marketing performance and optimize approaches to drive improvement

  • Ensure partner marketing teams and marketing agencies are enabled with value props, partner content, insights, messaging, and campaign playbooks.

  • Coordinate with key internal GPSM teams, partners and agencies to execute the development, planning, and implementation of marketing strategies, joint marketing programs, and new product launches.

  • Assist partners in their execution of marketing tactics such as trade campaigns, events, webinars and other promotional activities as detailed and aligned in the Marketplace Marketing Plan

  • Onboard new target Marketplace partners

  • Oversee, manage and optimize budget spend related to all points listed above

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience creating and executing ISV/channel partner marketing strategies and tactical plans

  • 8+ years global channel marketing experience in software driving partner marketing, engagement, pipeline and revenue growth.

  • 8+ years experience developing and delivering marketing campaigns that meet or exceed pipeline and revenue goals.

  • Demonstrated experience working successfully with Product Marketing/Management teams in the context of valuable building in across a global SaaS platform GTM model that incorporates both company and ISV product functionality components

  • Experience managing key partner relationships to ensure execution plans are communicated and managed effectively both internally and externally.

  • Experience establishing channel marketing KPI's and managing execution to achieve goals

  • Experience creating and fulfilling channel marketing content needs including repurposing existing value propositions, messaging and non-partner facing assets

  • Experience managing Market Development Funds (MDF)

  • Experience managing marketing agencies

  • Experience using Salesforce, Marketo and Tableau.


Additional Information

Base Pay Range $124,400-$171,050. Eligible for Bonus Incentive Compensation. Eligible for Equity Compensation. Procore is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation, and has provided an estimated pay range for this role. Actual compensation will be based on a candidate’s job-related skills, experience, education or training, and location.
