THE JOB:

As a Golf Cart Attendant at Fallen Oak, you will work to ensure that customer service needs are met. The areas that the Golf Cart Attendant will be responsible for will include bag drop, cart staging area, cart wash/storage area, practice facilities, club storage area, and other areas around the facility. You will own the guest experience to create WOW memories they will carry with them far and beyond their stay with us.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Assist guests with loading/unloading golf clubs from vehicles and/or golf carts
• Responds to guest’s questions regarding general information about the Fallen Oak facility
• Maintain the appearance and upkeep of the golf cart fleet and work areas, both in guest view and behind the scenes
• Ensure all golfer supplies are stocked - tees, markers, scorecards, and pencils
