Job Summary:
Working as a Caregiver in our Community Based Care facility you will maintain the highest quality of care by ensuring our residents needs are met while providing supportive companionship. Wallowa Valley will provide the training and resources to keep our Caregiver's engaged and retain top quality skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist residents in their daily living activities
- Follow resident plan of care and chart all appropriate documentation
- A Caregiver will participate in life enriching activities as indicated on their individual profile
- Provides emotional supports and encouragement to perform necessary tasks
- Maintain patient confidentiality
- Fosters a supportive, compassionate environment for our residents and their families
- Present for staff meetings and trainings
- Other duties as assigned
