Job Description
Under general supervision of the Cath Lab Director, the Manager is responsible for the daily operation of the Respiratory Therapy & Echo departments, including: orienting, evaluating, and documenting competency of staff. Establishes, maintains, and revises departmental policies and procedures to include departmental programs, quality control, performance improvement, and safety. Maintains departmental expenses and productivity as budgeted. Oversees clinical care as delivered by the department(s) staff. Will also work as RT staff as needed.
