Job Title: Bilingual Commercial Cold Caller for Phoenix Striping

Job Description:

Phoenix Striping, a leading parking lot line striping company in Phoenix, Arizona, is seeking a motivated and experienced bilingual Commercial Cold Caller to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for contacting commercial property owners and business owners to promote our parking lot line striping services. Proficiency in both Spanish and English is required.

Responsibilities:

• Generate new leads by cold calling commercial property owners and business owners in the Phoenix area
• Identify potential clients' needs and present our parking lot line striping services as a solution
• Maintain a strong understanding of our services and effectively communicate the value to prospects in both English and Spanish
• Follow up with potential clients and provide excellent customer service
• Meet or exceed sales goals on a consistent basis

Requirements:

• Proficiency in both Spanish and English
• Previous experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or sales is preferred but not required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build rapport with potential clients
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Must have a reliable phone and internet connection

Compensation and Work Schedule:

This position is 100% commission-based, allowing for flexibility in work hours and location. You can work whenever and however you want, providing ample opportunity to maximize your earning potential.
