Position: Call Center Representative
Location: New York, NY

Job Description:
Call centre customer service representatives are expected to use their product, company, and legislative knowledge to assist customers and potential customers with queries either via telephone or online. They will communicate with customers, understand their queries, and offer the best possible resolution.
Responsibilities:
- Real time monitoring and response of Renewable Energy power generating assets.
- Perform remote troubleshooting applying Remote Operations Centre Fault Handling Procedures and Special Instructions
- Escalate and communicate to next level of fleet support when remote troubleshooting is not effective ensuring to provide any relevant information to aid in additional support
- Support incoming phone call volumes
- Interface with site team and customer operation centre when observe network interruption or loss of communication between power assets and Monitoring System
- Monitor the ROC notifications for customer requests during the shift and take the necessary actions immediately
- Follow ROC procedures to drive standardized global practices
- Proficiently communicate with internal and external customers via written and verbal communication
- Document all work performed via guidelines in approved procedures and appropriate playbook via provided digital tools
Minimum Qualifications:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent PC skills, experience using MS Office, MS Outlook, and Excel
- Must be able to work various shifts required for 24x7 operations
- Ability to multitask
- Reliable and dependable
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills:
- Experience in renewable energy generation
- Experience with industrial plant maintenance
- Experience in remote monitoring of industrial equipment
- Previous call centre experience
- 1 year experience and Bilingual (facility specific).
Pay range: (USD)19.43 hrly -(USD)26.17 hrly
