Job Description

Business Engineers are responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of strategic initiatives across Elavon’s Sales Engineering organization by combining comprehensive expertise across multiple disciplines including but not limited to software development, consulting, process improvement, and program management. We are looking for a meticulous, motivated analyst who can pair business with technology to drive and significant organizational transformation. This is a growth position: the candidate is expected to rapidly emerge as a subject matter expert in multiple areas within the organization. You will:

  • Work directly with senior leaders and stakeholders across the entire organization to develop, coordinate, and ensures peerless delivery of high visibility initiatives.
  • Monitor and continually improves technology investment ROI, processes, communication, and automation across the organization to ensure speed to revenue
  • Have a bias for urgency, automation, and data validated outcomes
  • Quickly grasp emerging technology, processes, and solutions
  • Define appropriate metrics and best practices to ensure goals are met and SLA’s exceeded


Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
  • One to three years of experience in project management activities


Preferred Skills and Experience

  • Advanced data analysis and visualization
  • Hands-on SDLC, QA, and/or software integration experience
  • Solid Salesforce experience, especially reporting
  • Demonstrative experience with several software development frameworks
