Gourmondo Co is a dynamic, growing Seattle-based food business looking to add Catering Servers to our team!

Our Catering and Events Division provides tailored catered experiences featuring delicious and beautiful food, full-service bars, and exceptional staff. If you have a love for catering and are excited to be part of a growing company- then you may be the perfect fit!

We Are Looking For:

• An experienced Bartender with 1+ years of catering and events experience, including beer, wine and cocktail service
• Class 12 Alcohol Server Permit and WA Food Handler card up-to-date.
• Positive attitude, excellent communication skills, organized and reliable
• Thrives in a team environment and follows close directions
• An eye for beautiful presentation and a drive to always improve
• Flexibility for an “on-call” schedule: weekdays, weekend and evening availability required
• Adhere to all appearance and uniform standards
• Physical requirements: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, kneel, crouch, reach overhead, lift overhead, push/pull, or balance weight for extended periods of time. Must be able to lift 30 pounds. Must adhere to all Company and venue guidelines for Covid-19 protocols, which may be more extensive than CDC recommendations.

Pay & Schedule:

• $24-$28/hr DOE + Tips
• $50 bonus/shift for shifts scheduled before 5am
• Flexible schedule with early morning availability (Shifts as early as 3:45am)
