Plaintiffs’ personal injury Law Firm in the Galleria area is looking for an attorney that is licensed in the state of Texas. We have two office locations (one in Houston and the other in Dallas, Texas). This position is for the Houston office.
*EXPERIENCE IS A PLUS, BUT EVEN NONE EXPERIENCED CANDIDATES ARE WELCOMED TO APPLY. WE WILL OFFER EXTENSIVE TRAINING *.
RESPONSIBILITIES
· You must be prepared to handle cases with minimal supervision.
· You will be responsible for pre- litigation and litigation cases from start to settlement.
· Must have good deposition and motions skills. Attorney will be responsible for litigation and helping manage different types of personal injury cases ranging from car accidents, trucking accidents, slip and fall, and the likes.
· Duties will include, filing lawsuits, drafting and responding to written discovery, depositions, mediation, and everything else that is involved in the litigation process. Trial experience is a plus!
· Applicant must be a self-starter who possesses strong analytical, negotiation, organizational, interpersonal, and communications skills.
· Must be highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
· Bilingual not required but a plus.

· A performance review will be conducted 90-days from the employee’s start date and the employee will be eligible for a raise at that time.
