Excellent career opportunity with a growing Finance & Accounting Outsourcing firm that is related to a Top 150 CPA firm, serving 1000s of SMBs across the USA as a group with a proven model of USA and India-based accounting service delivery teams.

Role

• Finance and accounting knowledge leader to get things done with a team of staff, senior accountants in the USA and in India.
• Guide and coach the team to meet client expectations.
• Client relationship and account management.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, direct and oversee 'end to end' accounting operations (including AR,AP, Payroll, Month End close, reporting) for a variety of clients.
• Outline and manage a documented system of accounting policies and procedures; implements a system of controls over accounting transactions to minimize risk.
• Oversee the production of periodic financial reports; ensures that the reported results comply with generally accepted accounting principles/standards.
• Recommend process changes to automate and streamline finance activities.
• Manage the month-end close process, assemble financial reports on a timely basis and conduct financial performance review meetings with clients.

Ideal Candidate:

• Degree in Finance and / or Accounting
• Minimum 5 years of core accounting experience
• Need to be tech savvy and extremely detail oriented
• Enjoys multi-tasking in a versatile work environment

Must have solid experience in:

• Full cycle accounting, understanding of GAAP, month end and financial reporting
• Worked in a multi-task & multi-client service delivery environment like with a bookkeeping firm or CPA firm or accounting BPO services organization
• Usage of software applications like Quickbooks Online (QBO), Xero, Netsuite, SAGE, Bill, Expensify and others

Nice to have experience in:

• Managing staff accountants to deliver results timely & accurately
• Managing work remotely with teams located in the USA and outside

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
